Free shipping on orders $99 and up (US only). Orders under $99 ship at our flat rate calculated at checkout.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
- Processing time: 1 business day
- Domestic delivery: 3–5 business days via USPS / UPS
- Tracking: emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse
Where we ship
We currently ship throughout the United States. State laws on hemp-derived products change frequently — if your state isn't available at checkout, that's why.
Returns
Your satisfaction matters. If something arrives damaged or you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at alternativemediateam@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Unopened products: full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
Opened products: case-by-case — reach out, we're reasonable.
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable products (tinctures, gummies). If a product isn't working for you, contact us — we usually solve it with a recommendation or store credit.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, please wait 48 hours and check with your neighbors and local carrier. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll file a claim and send a replacement.
